John is one of the best Vets I’ve ever been to. He has been our Vet for over 25 years and several pets. I’ve found him to be honest, knowledgeable and his staff are always helpful.

It’s any pet parents nightmare, their fur baby getting sick while on a holiday. Our beautiful girl did! But blessings and miracles come in different ways. So fortunate to have found Dr John and his clinic. She is on the mend slowly but surely. And we got a masterclass in kitty care. Thanks Dr John and Jen. Your patience is incomparable! Highly recommend my local vet. John and Jen go above and beyond. Our little sausage got very sick and John went out of his way to get all the answer's for a full recovery, not even allowing lockdown to get in the way.

Passionate, caring and thorough. John reliably answered the phone on a Friday night on a public holiday while other vets in the area were diverting calls to answering machines. It took him 6 minutes to leave what he was doing and meet us at the clinic to attend to our Puppy who was having a severe allergic reaction to a bite. We were not locals to the area, just visiting for a few days, regardless of this his level of swift support was invaluable to our Puppy. He was informative and comforting throughout our experience. John’s genuine passion for animals was evident throughout our visit and I would feel blessed to have him as our local vet. I echo some other comments, support local small business's that genuinely care for your pets. Thank you John!

Highly recommend. We were holidaying in the area and our dog got attacked by another dog unfortunately whilst we were walking her on lead. He was available after hours to view our fur baby right away and treat her and immediately got her in the next day for followups and treatment. Support your local vets and people like John. He went above and beyond and we appreciate it.

Absolute brilliant vet. We are travelling through and my dog had a serious eye problem, I called Dr John and he said come straight away. He spent time with her, checked her thoroughly and diagnosed the problem, gave her the necessary treatment and honestly she was 100% so much better the following day. He gave me information to follow up with our usual vet. Such a nice and caring man and chatted happily with us for quite some time explaining things thoroughly as well as friendly chit chat. If I lived in this area I would not hesitate to take Maggie to him again. We are so grateful for his expertise. I seriously question the previous review! He was an absolute gem with our girl.

We were holidaying and our westie decided it would be a great idea to rub her eyes into the mud at the bay, when we couldn't flush the mud out and Dr John squeezed us in at a moments notice just before NYE, cleaning her eye and due to his diligence finding an ulcer we didn't know about. He took the time to show us the ulcer and explain treatments, recommending the less invasive approach, squeezing us in for a follow up the next day too. I was so surprised how competitive his time and drugs were and I'm happy to say our fur baby is doing great. If it wasn't for John being a top bloke Molly may have lost her eye. He really cares about his patients and their humans!
