Would not recommend for settlement services. We utilsied them to settle 2 x personal properties. Over a month after settlement we receive a debtors letter with no explanation. After 8 weeks of back and forth Cullen MacLeod admitted they made an error in their PEXA payment and should have taken the higher amount during settlement. To suddenly receive a debtors letter with no information or apology was a very poor service. Keep money aside as they could not account for how this error occurred and it could very well happen to you too.
Avoid unless you want surprise bills months after settlement.
