We were recommended to try Birman and Ride by a family friend. Nigel Siegwart was our Lawyer and right from the start we were given the impression that Nigel knew his business and was very experienced, the next few months proved this to be true.

Over the time Nigel was engaged to represent us he was always very professional and reassuring, he is also an excellent and effective communicator. What we really liked about Nigel was his very sound morals and values which aligned well with ours.

We went to mediation as part of the process which I was convinced would be a total waste of time as I believed the other party would never budge from their stance and demands.
