Incredibly slow to do the work they were engaged to do with a family members estate, including confirming multiple times they had lodged official paperwork and did not. They had to be constantly chased to finalise the matters and then charged excessively for a small amount of work. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

Curtis Gant Betts recently helped me out with a couple of things. One was the purchase of my house. Sue Clydsdale was wonderful, making the process easy and stress-free. Then I saw Angela Mitchell for a new Will. I cannot rate Angela highly enough. She is very personable but also professional and explained things really well. So well in fact that I ended up getting a Power of Attorney and a guardianship document done as well! It makes me wonder why I had waited so long to do it! I thought making a Will was a morbid task to think about, but Angela showed me that it really is about being well-organised and planning ahead - just in case!

The ladies in the office were also really friendly and helpful.

I felt very welcome as a client and would definitely recommend them!
