Fantastic assistance from Kim in successfully arranging a complete replacement (full carbon) Anthem, under the original lifetime frame warranty ... due to a cracked (alloy) frame.
And a shout out to the workshop for putting it together so quickly.
Great customer service all round.
With regards Giant, this is now my fourth Giant MTB,my first bike being in 1987 .. and this my first warranty claim.
Such demonstration of standing by their warranty ensures it won't be my last 👍
.. and a good reminder to keep original receipts/paperwork 😁.

Wow. My kids bike had a flat tire. We were out with no supplies. Popped into their shop Saturday arvo- we were served immediately. The nice guy changed my kids bike tyre right there on the spot (as he was leaving work for the day). We then went back to having a great family ride.

Recently picked up an aspero gravel bike. Outstanding service, absolutely outstanding. Russ was awesome and super friendly. No pressure to purchase. Forget about the other bike shops. If you’re in the northern suburbs head down and have a look.
