Dean Patterson and his team handled the conveyancing for the recent sale of my Unit in Wentworthville. During the process I was advised and always kept well informed, and all members were a pleasure to meet and talk to. I knew they were looking after my best interests and their fee was reasonable and as I had been advised. The settlement went without a hitch. I have no hesitation in recommending D.A. Patterson to any prospective customers requiring conveyancing.

Grandma enlisted their 'services' for a mortgage settlement. They offered granny financial and legal advice and of course charged for their services. A letter was required that confirmed they'd given the advice of which they refused to supply as they weren't 'financial advisors' even though the letter had to be supplied by a solicitor OR financial advisor. We all agreed they weren't very good solicitor's, refusal to sign the letter only cemented that maybe they didn't think they were actual solicitor's either. Literally hundreds of better options around Sydney. Spend your time and money elsewhere. Grandma certainly will in the future.

Terrible place. avoid at all costs. Wish i didn't go through them. Expensive and just horrible. They won't ever get back to you and give you the progress on what is happening. Avoid at all costs.
