Terrible Mediator , saying always tell truth ! We put 3 offers through our mediation , the insurer responded with 3 exactly the same really low offers , then my team said , they have caught you on video going to the gym ! not a chance i said , that was it ! Saying we will send all paperwork with the low offer , otherwise we will go to court ,, I could not understand why would go to court if they had a video ? Very dissappointing , what chance would i have if my team did not believe me , and having to pay out a very large sum already , the insurer would be laughing , after DR said you are at highest needs at 49% loss work compacity
