We recently had a property purchase that was heading completely pear shaped with the Agent and the Bank constantly letting us down. Were it not for the super efforts of Deanna and the rest of the Danaher team then we would never have settled in time and would have been tens of thousands out of pocket and temporarily homeless. Deanna's ability to work above and beyond expectations meant that she was able to pull of some miraculous outcomes and somehow it was always done with a smile and a calming manner. I have been up against many different lawyers in my time but these one's are one of the more unprofessional and non courteous.

They clearly lack experience if they don't even bother to check if their clients are making up fictitious claims by requesting documentation before signing off on it and sending it through to VCAT.

I guess after they realise their client is a liar, instead of showing common decency to Email the opposition to advise they are no longer acting they simply ignore and pretend like they are still acting.
