Sam assisted my elderly father with an initial appointment and was very thorough. When the hour was nearing the end I could tell my Father was getting agitated as he was worried around the cost of going over time. Sam could tell this also and made it clear telling him to relax this would only be billed as per the original hour. He took his time and went above and beyond providing the initial advice. Will have no hesitation in retaining or using to finalise the matter when required.

I recently had to deal with this business with a simple property and relationship settlement. They were the legal representative to the other party. (second lawyers to be engaged by the other party)

I represented my-self in this matter and I have to comment that their email replies did not exist and considered to be ignored and their written responses to the legal matters were less than professional, did not correctly address all matters, and their responses were poorly written. Their service failed to achieve a satisfactory outcome and was discontinued midway through the negotiations and they failed to have the courtesy to advise they no longer acted for the other party.
