David and Allan helped me settled ComCare case and breach of enterprise agreement case against a large government agency. Avoid wining the cases with huge cost and little return to cover the cost or worse losing the cases with huge cost, was the main reason for the settlements.

My take away is to avoid legal cases against commonwealth no matter how unreasonable you were treated. To me it seems it is no about right or wrong but how much legal resources you have. And most people do not have the resources to match what APS has. If you have to fight, I believe David and Allan are the right people. It is still going to be mission impossible in term of cases against comment wealth. But David and Allan will give you balanced legal advice to help you to have a clear understanding of the hash reality.

Mr. Healey David and Mr. Allan Anforth had been helping my cases from 2019 to 2022 for 3 years. I am glad I found the people who do care. I also want to thank the great efforts MS Kathryn Lee and Mr. Joshua Emanuel had put to my cases.
