Performance shopping centre look comfy, but yesterday was pouring rain because of Alfred cyclone made watery on floor concrete. I was accompanying an elderly 95 yo a little bit worry because it’s slippery, even though has a sign.

I bought 3 pairs of earrings, I opened them up and tried a pair on. The clasp of one of the hoop earrings were broken, so I took them back. The lady was awfully rude and snatched the receipt out of my hand and questioned me about the issue with the earring. I would reccomend treating your loyal customers better.

We did a last minute Christmas tree purchase on Friday evening, buying one that was on display and collected the following morning. Everyone involved was brilliant with excellent and friendly customer service. Even when I thought it was going wrong when I went to collect the tree, Wally came to the rescue. If there’s one time during the year when people get anxious or on edge, it is this time, but the service I got allayed any fears or worries I had about failing to get a tree or be dealt with professionally by David Jones staff. They were all amazing. Thank you and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I had a very good customer experience here today, gig shout out to Pam in appliance section who was very helpful. I had gone into DJs to buy a new Iron, this is not something I think I have done for sometime so Pam’s advice and suggestions were welcomed and much appreciated.
I left with an iron that seems to have more functionality than my car and I spent way more than I planned but I am very pleased with my purchase. I have no doubt that my crisp shirts will take away any financial pain that I feel after Pam’s enviable upsellling skills.
Overall a great experience in store (as it was last time) keep up the good work DJs, thank you.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at DJ’s Warringah Mall the other day! Fran was assisting us, my daughter & I in the women’s clothing section. Both being plus sized women, Fran was super helpful and made selecting some summer clothing on our annual shop a great experience. We both walked out feeling fabulous and a great selection of 16-18 clothes for work & play. Big shout out to Fran!! And DJ’s for stocking larger sizes too…. Without having to shop on line like so many stores at the mall that don’t stock plus size clothes. Thanks Fran for your patience and suggestions and time. Alicia & Mariana

No clear policy around price differences refund.
Two Managers on duty on the 3/1 failed to show the policy, rude, unprofessional behaviour, ignored what customers said, threatened customers “to leave store otherwise call security”.

Most clothing very expensive even though supposedly on sale. Girl serving me was somewhat off putting. Maybe I did not look like someone posh enough to be able to afford to shop there.

It’s not the best DJs because the range of most items (be they male shoes, clothing of all genders, tableware for dinner parties, & pretty much everything else) is fairly limited & rarely on sale. It’s among my least favourite DJs in Sydney. There’s not much there to make you want to go there. It’s 3 stars for a reason: If I have to get stuff quickly I know “I can only find at DJs”, then it’s there. But it’s almost never on sale & the range is actually small (it’s not a big store). Won’t be surprised if this one gets closed in next 2 years (it’s had too many re-attempts which haven’t resulted in anything truly new &/or good for customers).
