Dealt with this abyssmal paralegal a few years ago. Sat in her lobby waiting for a copy of an order, that when we received it, was incorrect. Incorrect dollar amount on the sale of a home. Incorrect legal description of the property. Listened to her outright lie to folks while waiting. Then they lied about the court not having prepared the final document, blaiming the judge and the judg's assistant. If not for my own court background all parties would have been out yet more time & money for this paralegal's ineptitude. Prepare your own documents, find another paralegal, or better yet, actually use an attorney, for what you need.

My family and myself were left lots in Nye County from my grandmother that passed away from colon cancer. We have been in the process to have some family members removed from the lots as this is their wish. Trish from Nye recorders office referred Dawn to help with the paperwork to do so. We started with Dawn in February 2023 and here we are in July. The paperwork has not been done correctly as stated by Trish. I’ve been trying to reach out to Dawn so we can get this done correctly but she hasn’t returned my call or email. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She sure did take my money fast but here I am with nothing done correctly. I would do it myself but according to Trish only a paralegal can get his done. Apparently NOT!

Very disappointed. Called three times and gave information. All 3 times I was told they would call me back. Unfortunately I went help elsewhere. Just wish they would have told me from the beginning they could not help or not interesting in helping. Definitely would not recommend.
