I chose Deen Lawyers based on positive Google reviews, but my experience was unfortunately very disappointing. Their approach was highly unprofessional, with constant interruptions from Aisha during conversations, making it difficult to communicate effectively. For context I am the buyer.

- The selling party sent them a contract for review on the 24th of September. Someone from their team signed the consent form, which triggered the system to send the contract to me. This signature implied the contract had been reviewed and communicated to me, which was not the case.

- When I spoke with Aisha the next day, she claimed she wasn’t aware the contract was attached to the email and mentioned the file was too large. She requested a PDF from the selling party and assured me they would review the contract and get back to me.

- The following day, I spoke with Anwar, who said he would review the contract and provide feedback by the afternoon. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the detailed response I was expecting, just some general information. I needed specific insights, which is why I hired Deen Lawyers in the first place.

- On two separate occasions, I was promised a review by the afternoon, but neither time did I receive a follow-up. I had to chase them for updates.

- With a deadline of October 2nd to sign the contract, I sent a detailed email on September 28th (a Saturday) to remind them, which left only Monday and Tuesday for review. On the 29th, I received a response from Anwar, who mentioned he had been out of the office during the days I was told the contract would be reviewed—without informing me in advance. This lack of communication was frustrating and misleading.

- To make matters worse, on the 29th, Anwar informed me that due to my dissatisfaction with their services and his current workload, they would no longer represent me. While it's fine if they choose not to continue, Deen Lawyers wasted my time and didn’t fulfill their commitment to review the contract when promised.

Overall, my experience with Deen Lawyers was disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services.
