As there are no contact details for the florist, which is attached to the Lotto shop, I am leaving my review here and you can please pass this onto the florist.
As previously mentioned by other reviewers, the customer service in the florist is utterly disgusting, the lady is rude to the point of you feel like you are in the wrong. Will never go back here again, would rather drive that bit further for good customer service

The lady was so rude the whole time and said it was $15 extra to make it into a bouquet and said she couldnt even make me one cause too many flowers? when the price totalled up to $20 more than the flowers just for a bouquet and extras she said its better to get a ready made one and i said yeah okay ill do that and she grabbed the flowers and chucked them on the floor and started talking shit about me in front of me, i had to leave because there was no way i was buying anything off her after the disrespect. If she hates her job that much she should leave

The older lady at the florist is so extremely rude for no reason at all!
I’ve been going to this florist since they opened because it’s convenient but yesterday was my last purchase. I’m happy to next time allow an extra 15mins to go somewhere else and receive friendly service.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear that other customers have had the same experience.

wish i could rate lower, the staff here are so rude and threw a fit when i asked to swap a bunch of flowers i was about to buy that had a few dead buds in it with a fresher bunch!!

go to keilor downs florist, just as cheap and the flowers AND STAFF are incredible!!

The lady who is on tuesday 29th Nov 23 was extremely rude and impatient. I was only chosing the flower i liked and she is very rude. like absolutely no customer services whatsoever. She cant be bother doing her job. If ur got nothig to do with the flower business then dont sell it dont take ppl money for it then i wouldnt complained abt ur staffs behaviour toward me. Be better?

Been coming here for over 5 years but refuse to return after todays encounter.
Flower arrangements full price were practically all dead and the staff member by the name of “Gina” was extremely rude and arguing us that the flowers were fine and she then went on to say some customers are too fussy and we should go to a different florist.
After today’s encounter with the worst possible customer service we’ve received we most definately will NOT be returning back to this place horrible flowers and even worst customer service.

(1) Really Friendly staff with great customer service.
(2) They are passionate about their syndicates. And why not, in last few months their syndicates won either Div-1 or Div-2, staff can not stop talking about their winning syndicates every time when i visit them.
(3) Plenty of car park outside.
(4) Kiosk is literally few steps away from door so if you are in rush and need to buy your dream ticket, this is the great location.
(5) They are even open until Draw close so if you forgot to buy you dream ticket, this is our destination to grab a "Dream Ticket".
Good Luck to all and Hope they will sell me winning ticket. hehe
