I am very impressed by Mr. Vijay Shah's extremely professional service. He helped me deal with my issues with my landlord in the hearing two times. He prepared very well and responded me either by email or by text massage very quickly. He is very nice gentleman and always gave me support and encouragement. I found him through google among many other paralegals and was very lucky to choose him. He did a great job and I definitely will recommend him to others. Trust me! You won't be disappointed.

I given a referral number and this company's contact details from the Law Society Referral Service (LSRS). The secretary advised me that I would have to choose a junior paralegal for the free 30 minutes. I completed their intake form and set a same day appointment, but it was later rescheduled. When I attempted to log on for the Zoom meeting at the appointed time, I was prompted for a password that was never provided. By the time the paralegal and I connected, I had lost nearly 15 minutes of the 30 minute consultation. The appointment was basically a waste of time as the paralegal was vague and used the majority of the call to sell his services. I was not impressed.

It was a pleasure working with Denali Paralegal Services on the lease of our very first income property. As we are new to the business of landlords, we did not have any idea where to start to prepare a lease. I spoke with approximately 10 legal services when I had a concern. Vijay was by far the most approachable and reasonable . His service was excellent, timely and much more fair in how he charges his fees. This was my first experience with a legal team as well, and on my way to finding Denali Paralegal, it was discouraging because of how other firms were. When I spoke with Vijay, all I got were real answers and in a timely manner . Communication was excellent.

If I ever need a paralegal again, this is the easy choice . Highly recommended, can't get any better than Vijay.

It was a pleasure working with Mr.Vijay Shah. After searching a lot on the internet, I found him in Nov'2021 to handle eviction of 1 non-paying tenant that smoked as well. Mr.Shah guided me through the LTB process and submitted all the associated paperwork on time. During initial consultation, he will provide all the necessary guidance and road-map.
