Denis Edwards and associates organized the sale of my 19 year old business.
From drawing up the sale contract giving insights for my future protection and even assisting the buyer where necessary therefore making a complicated sale as straight forward as possible. All issues were resolved efficiently and the overall attention to detail was exceptional.

I used this solicitor and when I arrived home one of my docs wasn't signed. I went back in to ask if it should've been signed and they told me NO, it is just a copy for us and took it off me. The applicant's solicitor then asked for it, said it was a copy FOR THE COURT and said he would get it back off my solicitor. So the whole procedure is going to take weeks longer than originally anticipated and I still paid $220 and had to waste my time rectifying his mistake. Plus the applicant has to pay his solicitor more to rectify this mistake
