As CEO Rise, we engaged Debbie to undertake some tailored financial training for our managers.

Debbie's real skill is tailoring for what is actually needed rather than rolling out a cookie cutter approach. She took a good amount of time to really listen and understand and I think she 'got us' - not just where people were in terms of financial literacty but our culture.

Although we had a plan for a series of workshops, she was able to adapt on the day and through the series to take into account where people were at and how they were responding.

I had known Debbie during her time in the private sector but I was impressed by how much she knew and understood about the non profit sector.

She is very approachable and accessible for people for whom finance is not their main role.

I would absolutely recommend her and use her again at Rise.
