Absolutely amazing service. I had a super friendly and comfortable interaction with Dr Pabari. She walked me through what she was doing and why. She was very clear and made sure I understood everything she was saying. I’ve never felt more heard by a doctor.

Long term patient over 20 years
Then i moved and went to Dalyallup surgery.
I feel very let down by this surgery.
I felt like a nuisance and a bother at almost all my appointments.
I never felt cared for at this surgery.

Was told by the doctor that I had swollen lymph nodes near my ovary after presenting with severe ovarian pain and was put on antibiotics that did not help at all. Went to another doctor for a gynaecologist referral, saw the gynaecologist who told me it was a torsion and dermoid cyst which could not have been mistaken for lymph nodes. Had surgery the following week. 6 months of pain and muck around for something that could have been dealt with after the first appointment if I was referred to the gynaecologist.

Once my appointment and date and time is confirmed, on arrival it maybe just a few minutes wait, no longer than ten minutes. The service is very good. The notice board is updated and consultation is immediate. Everything is carefully and clearly explained. Awesome service thanks.
