We're a small business and our volume of printing is relatively low. But I Couldn't recommend these guys enough, I originally got onto them through another customer of theirs 6years ago. If you need a printer, printer hire these are your guys. For the entire duration of the term the customer service levels remained high, the delivery of toner and supplies was also delivered fast , even during covid... when I think back there wasnt a single time they let me down.. which is what you want right? That alone impresses me and that should be acknowledged! They are very deserving of these 5 stars. To anyone else out there - if your business or organisation needs printers, document solutions are awesome!!

Had fantastic advice and assistance given that solved my issue almost immediately on the phone without having to pay for any repairs or a service.
I submitted an online quote/assistance request and got a call back within 5 minutes. The person on the phone was happy to discuss the issue in depth and even provide feedback on images of printing issues that I emailed through and the advice provided was enough for me to solve the issue without having to pay for any services from DSA.
Stellar service and quality work.
I will definitely be coming back for servicing and future repairs.
