Such an incredible team and high quality service. I came to Domantay Legal in distress due to a property contract dispute where the vendors were not agreeing to terminate the purchase despite a clause stating I could terminate if I found major defects. Because the vendors were being so stubborn and discrediting the report, I was worried that I would lose my deposit at the mercy of the vendors. Additionally, to make things worse, my conveyancers at the time gave me limited advice indicating that I had to go through with the purchase or lose my deposit.
