Not having previous experience with any legal firms, dealing with Shona and Paula was a breeze, ladies you are amazing!!! Both so helpful, caring, professional and very knowledgeable. The only disappointment for me was when I had another staff member at the firm Alicia harrassing me regarding payment on the account on numerous occasions, she showed no carefactor or human compassion that my father had just passed away 1 month prior and made a stressful time so much more harder. I believe you need to have certain qualities and abilities to work as a lawyer and unfortunately don't believe she is in the right field
