Went today for a blood test and was seen by Jessica. I asked her if she could use a butterfly explaining to her my veins are very thin. She said ok. She started doing her job, and when she noticed I was writhing in pain, she said she was using a butterfly with a long needle. She lied to my face as I knew what a butterfly needle is. She even said to me i do this job every day and said it will hurt no matter what needle they use. No compassion whatsoever. People go for a blood test because they have health concerns. I have been in this pathology a number of times before, and the others were nice and gentle. The receptionist is nice. She seems to care more than the blood nurse I saw today. I don't think I'll be coming back there.

I called over the phone to ask when my dad can come in to do a blood test, the lady over the phone was rude and rushing me. My dad then went in for a blood test and the receptionist were rude and inpatient. The pathologist was rude to him and abrupt. She had no manners, respect or patience. She did not give him the time to understand what else he needs to do for his blood tests. I do not recommend going to this place at all for anything. 👎🏼 very bad communication

Very disappointed with this place. The place is extremely small, constantly overcrowded, and has very long wait times. There’s not enough seating, which is especially concerning for elderly patients. The setup is poorly managed and clearly not equipped to handle the volume of people coming in. This location needs serious improvements—both in space and in service. Not happy with the experience.

Had visit a couple of time for blood and have had a great experience. In particular, Shobna was very polite, patient and helpful to get a revised pathology request form from the doctor to ensure it is covered under Medicare. Also very gentle hand when collecting blood sample.
