Rude woman was too lazy to do her job. Came in at 3:40pm and took a number, woman was in the back for a long time before she came out and was shocked to find 2 patients waiting. Bluntly said she only had time to do one more person as “we’re closed” and walked away. Business shouldn’t be advertised as closing at 4pm unless you no longer take patients. Door should be locked if you don’t want patients to walk in

Really great experience after having a horrible one elsewhere for getting bloods done. Ladies were so friendly, was welcomed in as soon as i stepped in and a really easy process. Thank you for making me feel at ease after a terrible pathology experience prior.

Don't waste your time. I was the third person in the waiting room, the gent before gave up and walked out. I ended up walking out after waiting 50 minutes for a blood test. No communication from staff about expected wait times/delays.

One particular collector asked my husband how to spell his name, asked to check his Medicare number even though all his details are on record. When asked to turn heater off she shrugged & said "it gets really cold in here" Previously, this lady took 30 minutes for what normally takes a few minutes.

absolutely disgusted in the treatment my niece received today by your staff members.
I understand the health system is busy but that doesn’t give you the right to treat people so rudely especially when they were not rude to you.

One of best I’ve been to. Wait time less than 10 mins, and nurses very friendly and no issues with the actual blood test.
