I’ve been seeing Sue for 18 years and all I can say is amazing! She delivered my baby via a c section and remembered all my issues I had with my first born (through another doctor) absolute top notch Specialist and is absolutely fantastic! She is caring, kind, honest and walks you through every step of the way with health and concerns! Cannot not recommend her anymore. 10/10 for me! Her admin staff are also amazing! Always a pleasure heading down to see Sue and the team.

Highly recommended! Dr Sue has been my OB/Gynecologist for my two kids both delivered by her and her team at Frances Perry House. She has mastery in her medical field and she is very warm and caring. I can discuss all my concerns with her comfortably. You will come to know the feeling of assurance that you are in best hands even in the most stressful situations during pregnancy, giving birth and postnatal care. She also sends/talk to you about results in a timely manner. Her receptionist and midwife are also amazing. I am very satisfied and will never look for another doctor in that field except for her. It really annoys me when people review someone who has dedicated their lives to their profession with comments that have little to nothing to do with them. Please keep your complaints about phone calls and appointment delays to the appropriate person, which in this case, would be the practice manager. Because I’m sure that if the doctor was delayed due to your emergency, it wouldn’t be an issue for you.
I recently had gynae surgery with Susan 18 years after she delivered my son at Williamstown hospital. As a women, I’m grateful that she endured everything she must have gone through to become the amazing specialist she is. And to be better today than the day I first met her, what an amazing doctor, surgeon and woman. We need to support the woman who know our pain and can treat it.
I had an amazing outcome from my surgery with her, and she showed me respect for my choices both times and honoured my preferences by practicing her best medicine according to my choices.
Amazing experiences to which I’ll be eternally grateful.
