Daniel did not show up to an appointment that was made at his own office. I wasn't told by the receptionist that he wouldn't be there until 20 minutes after the appointment, when I'd been waiting for over half an hour. After this I never received any communication with an explanation or apology despite sending a follow up email directly to Daniel. Have spoken to other clients who have found Daniel similarly unprofessional.
