We recently sold our investment property and East Coast handled our sale for us. Chrystal and the entire team at East Coast were fabulous. They kept us regularly informed with how the sale was progressing, and everything was settled on time with no issues at all. We will definitely use East Coast again for all our legal matters. I am so extremely disappointed with my purchase through this company. Most people i dealt with were lovely and helpful. However, my contracts were exchanged without conditions being put in. We met with Chrystal and talked about what we wanted in the contract, trusting that this would be the case. Contracts were exchanged and upon final inspection the day before settlement we learned that what we requested hadn't been done. When I approached Chrystal she advised this would be chased up and rectified. She then advised the next day that she was still following up and assured that it would be done. Settlement took place (after being delayed 4 hours due to her being unorganized) without the conditions listed.
I have since called twice and emailed her directly twice with out any response at all.
I will never use Chrystal or recommend her again.
We were left out of pocket and upset in what should be such a happy time.

These people are amazing we have used the company twice now, and can't fault anything with their service. The level of extreme high quality service and friendly staff is amazing. They were prompt in all responses and answered all questions giving answers to many areas were had no idea about. If needing help with buying a house please call East Coast Conveyancing Edgeworth.. We are lucky to be in our forever home now, but if that we're to change we will be back to speak with Crystal, she was so amazing ?
