I have never met a more incompetent company. Charged me to carry out conveyancing work, fail to pick up the the premise did not have occupational certificates on modifications carried out of the premises. Also fail to find that the septic system need a certificated to operate. I contacted them to discuss the issues and make all the excuses in the world as to why they are unable to talk with me. Please save yourself money and use a a company that knowns what they are doing and also has ethics. The only way I can post this is to give them 1 start they don't deserve that.

They may say that they made it clear it the time, sorry that was not the case, I showed the documentation and emails to another firm and they could not believe how incompetent they had been. If they did advise me then they should be able to produce an email explaining this in detail, there is several items they missed so the email should cover all. An email saying take title insurance with no explanation is no good enough.
Is that why they bagged the past employee and said "that is why she is no longer with them", and they offer to pay for their mistakes the rescinded the offer.
I have other avenues to claim and I shall be taking this further I have not gone away.
ECC failed to do what they were paid for and then hide behind the 6 year clause or what they are famous for getting people to take title insurance because they can not do their job properly, they are know in the industry for this I now find out. Be very carful if you use them.
