Michelle and the team are just great. As first time buyers we were after a team that were friendly, knowledgeable and not bothered by dumb questions. I found exactly that in Michelle and her team 🙂 Some of the agents along our journey were quite difficult and rude to deal with but Michelle always handled it with nothing but professionalism and was incredibly reassuring when I'd apologise about the experience had on our behalf. As far as conveyancers go you do pay a bit more on compared to what others advertise, but no hidden fees, everything communicated in advance, and I reckon once other places tack on all their extra fees it'd be about the same. Better to go with honesty a value for money you get here!
