Unacceptable Hidden Fees and Poor Transparency

I recently used Easy Link Conveyancing Epping for the sale of my house, and the experience was frustrating and disappointing. While they initially quoted a reasonable fee, I was hit with a range of unexpected charges as the process progressed. These hidden fees were never clearly outlined in our agreement and came as a shock when I received the final bill.

What made it worse was their lack of communication and transparency. When I questioned these charges, they gave vague explanations that only left me feeling misled. Selling a home is stressful enough without feeling like you’re being taken advantage of by your own conveyancer.
I would not recommend Easy Link Conveyancing to anyone looking for an honest and straightforward service. Make sure to get a detailed breakdown of costs upfront or risk being blindsided like I was.
