I recently went to this area for a school excursion, and the receptionist gave me an extremely mean look and shook their head at me and my friends.

Me and my friends were writing down notes for our assignment and they still gave us an extremely mean look.

I do not know what the actual customer service is like, but if how they treated a random bystander is to be taken into account, it is probably not very nice or welcoming.
