NO STARS...
From March 2013, I was eventually forced to address relentless stalking harassing threatening vandals targeting my child and I, who were enabled by senior police officers and assured of non reprimand by same. My complaint & outline to Batemans LAC 9.3.2015, resulted in Bega Police being informed and them immediately actioning dishonest abuse of my child & I, on behalf of the offenders being endured and reported to Batemans Bay LAC and help sought from senior staff - Chief Inspector's wife DVO - in address via an AVO on behalf of my child and I - you have to go through a DVO when the monsters are family members - the local DVO and her family/friends are mutual best friends of the offenders - offenders being my criminal family members who I refused to allow around my child from August 2009.
Legal Aid had me searching further than Bega/Merimbula because the offenders - including the unethical & abusive officers ensuring abuse & that offenders continued without reprimand - were close to local law firm staff.
Innes ended up being unreliable in lead up to Hearing, and a couple of days before Hearing I had heard nothing from her. I called Innes very concerned that she had not prepared a case, and she was on a road trip and expressed no urgency - complete lack of interest. I emailed her and advised that I will not continue with her because this issue involved me being able to protect my child & my elderly father from the offenders who are enabled by those employed to stop and reprimand them.
I appeared at Hearing a couple of days later, hoping for a request for Adjournment to be granted - the quality of staff not yet revealed.
The Hearing Magistrate advised that he'd had a letter from Ines Chiumento and that she has withdrawn her services - the Magistrate smirking & indicating his amusement, as if Chiumento's unnecessary submission to the Court because she HAD ACTUALLY BEEN FIRED, appeared to be in the form of disparaging BS to taint my character to the Magistrate - who I was told would ensure the offenders' non reprimand. Chiumento's deliberate sabotage in a case where I was already dealing with offenders who were enabled by their friends/cronies who are senior officers, who were/are abusing Government funds to ensure the offenders' non reprimand, and that their victims who include children and elderly & frail adults, continue to endure relentless abuse/vandalism.
I addressed Chiumento's disgusting behaviour and attempts to damage my case.
Over the past five years, I've seen her periodically on facebook, supporting those who were involved in relentless stalking/harassment/threats/vandalism since March 2013 and/or those who abusively lie about victims to try and slander and undermine their ongoing reveal of abuse of the vulnerable, and to hobble complainants i being able to stand up to such gutless offenders who have to ensure they are high numbers because they are the weakest of characters.
Decent government staff members advised me that I did the right thing by not having Chiumento represent me, as I would have wasted the funds, and that I presented well myself after the Magistrate refused to allow Adjournment for me to hire another lawyer from Sydney and enable their presence, or to submit the audio/video to which I referred to in my submission.
COMMUNITY BEING DESTROYED BY THOSE WHO ABUSE PEOPLE WILLING TO STOP UP AND TRY TO PROTECT THE YOUNG AND VULNERABLE.

Very professional pointed out things we didn't even think of
