Effective is not a good name for these guys, my settlement money cleared on the 27th and I’m still waiting for it to be put in my account, they said they reopened on the 7th it’s now the 9th and I havnt heard from them, considering it took 3 years for them to sort out settlement and considering modern internet banking systems this delay is unacceptable!!

I finally got the money and then after everything Tony has the audacity to threaten me with I don’t know what for being rude to his staff, if I was rude it was due to Tony’s laziness and incompetence, I really am lost for words at Tony’s incredibly bad attitude, I would definitely not recommend anyone use this law firm, if I could give less than 1 star I would,

Such an efficient team! Saada assisted my family and I in the sale and purchase of properties and I truly couldn’t have asked for a more efficient conveyancer! Steer clear Doug Eaton up to his dirty and questionable tricks again!
Breached myself and partners confidentiality and privacy, was nothung but rude and quite frankly a bully no cost disclosure signed.... agreed to refund me then billed me for their stuff up... which is why I asked to be refunded obviously...but if I asked you to call someone then why am I angry and asking for a refund? Is it the fact your a homophobe? Nope!
Was it because you were rude and a bully?

Its because you blatantly breached my privacy and legal privileges putting my safety at risk!
