I have used Elan Legal on both the Vendor and Purchasors side of the property transaction. They have been amazing. Such a professional, diligent, efficient firm. Their communication skills were above and beyond anything I have experienced before

As the vendor we had a very difficult purchasing experience with group of 6 including a Lawer as one of the other parties. Amanda Bennet and her team fought so hard to maximise my return and conditions of the contract including Land Tax adjustment that worked well in my favour.

As the purchaser Elan Legal changed 9 conditions of the contract prior to auction that all worked in my favour including reduced deposit, longer settlement, access prior to settlement, vendor sign off on preDA and DA submission prior to settlement. I could go on and on.

If you are purchasing a property (evan at auction) I would definitely recommend sending the contract to Elan Legal to review it. You will not regret it.
