I have never been so disappointed I was pushed and pulled to one phone number to the next to enter my rental. They had miss placed the keys the lock box was rusted And then to find the lovely staff at elders had double booked I was then offered another opportunity for a refund. But I had to wait until the office was open again.then I was told it wasn't there problem. Then I was approached by some woman covered in alcohol cans from bins. No way never again my family has been to crezzo for years there won't be a next time for elders we are booking through crescent head reality at least they are local
