We have no experience with building/construction and Dan was very approachable, making our experience very straightforward and simple. If you ever need a surveyor Dan is your man. Dan was not only highly professional but so personable and the only surveying business in the area where we were able to actually speak to the surveyor himself. Dan made a stressful time that had deadlines… a whole lot less stressful and his work was incredible… much more than we expected. Well worth every cent and we could not recommend him enough or speak more highly of !

One of my project sites is particularly hilly and difficult so I needed accurate assessment of potential building sites due to fire and waterway constraints. I was referred to Dan by retiring service Kennedy Surveying after reviewing many DA’s submitted on councils website. They were the most detailed I looked at. Dan’s standard did not disappoint me or my architect. I needed 3d DWG, pdfs and drone footage. I also needed someone competent with file sharing over cloud. He is most professional and approachable especially as I have had to go back a number of times to adjust my request. I have now used him twice. Thanks so much Dan.
