I've been using Ross Moschella and his legal practice for over twenty years for a diverse range of legal matters. I had a terrible experience at Ellison Moschella & Co. I went there to have my identity verified and documents related to a house sale notarised and Phillip Moschella was very unprofessional. He lectured me about how he was there to sign documents, not read them, despite the fact that I had very clear instructions about the notary and witness requirements, which he ignored. Then he refused to redo the forms after he completed them incorrectly and charged me 3x the price. If I wasn't under such time pressure to get the notarised documents to the buyer I would have left without paying and found another notary. The incorrectly notarised documents delayed the sale of my house and could have sunk the sale altogether. I still don't know how something so simple ended up so complicated. I will never go back to Phillip Moschella.
