Dare to dream? We did and, thanks to Elston Gold Coast's senior private wealth adviser Cameron Felice, we are now comfortably settled in our newly built home in the Blue Mountains, NSW. It wasn't quite Grand Designs (thankfully) but there were some sleepless nights amid rising building costs and interest rates. Cameron's financial advice was superb. Anxious emails were answered pronto and calming reassurance given on the phone. He was on board with us on the building project from the day we bid at auction on a block and he still is to this day as we establish a new garden. And we haven't gone broke! Perhaps if they communicated more with their SMSF members and treated their staff with a bit more respect, then their client base might be larger.
They appear to have very little interest in their Ballina area clients and no amount of glossy TV ads will change that.
