Is it some joke that nobody pick up the phone after 7 calls by any of numbers provided?! Or is it fine not to respond any of email letters for months Ridiculous.

Horrible experience, no one is answering the phones, no response to emails, workers are rude and unprofessional. One lady called me a lier because i tolled her that i called for the entire week and no one picked up the phone or replied to my email and her response was that i am a lier, so i got my phone out and showed her all the calls that I made and email that was written once confronted she had the nerve to twist my words.

Genuinely the worst customer service i’ve ever seen. The woman was extremely rude and inpatient. Was constantly rolling her eyes and complaining meanwhile she wouldn’t explain how to properly complete the form to renew my passport. Never been treated worse to be honest.

I had several requests to treat including some complecated ones. The consule is very effective, understanding and professionnal in its attitude. All requests are treated very quickly, the reply time to the emails is within an hour! I have never seen this in any gouv organisations! Great help and great attitude.

They completed my application precisely 14 days after my application had been received; as indicated on their website. As I am flying within a week I had called to notify them that I needed my passport. I felt that the staff cut to the chase and avoided pleasantries; however they were not rude and gave me the necessary information. I had a good experience with them.
