Asad is the gentlest dentist I have ever been with. I'm 78 and been to heaps. He gave me the injections, painlessly, then extracted a molar again painlessly. I am so impressed with his technique. He is a truly brilliant dentist. Well done and again thank you so much. He is my new dentist. Cheers

Very disappointed. I Went to encounter bay dental as I needed a new dentist and was told that I needed 3 crowns and I requested some whitening done. This was going to cost me around $8000. I went to another dentist in Victor Harbor as I wanted another Opinion who told me that I DID NOT NEED ANY CROWNS OR FILLINGS. I am absolutely disgusted that a business could tell a customer that relies on their professional expertise false information. My advice is always get an other opinion .

I had the misfortune of falling and smashing my teeth on a rock late in the afternoon on the first day of our holiday at Port Elliot. Tried calling several local dental practices and this particular practice we’re happy for me to come in and get treatment even though it was close to closing time. I had to have sutures in my mouth to close up a significant cut, and will need ongoing treatment to replace my front teeth. The professionalism and care shown by all staff here was outstanding. Even though I live 50km away I will be more than happy to travel here to see my treatment completed.

I've had 4 appointments with this clinic over the last two months. Dr Sarah and her nurse are the ultimate professionals. My last appointment with the masterful Dr Trilok resulted in some fabulous looking front teeth. It took nearly 3 hours but the outcome was worth it. I am very happy with them. The trainee nurse fell on me at one stage and had water running down my neck, however all the other nurses were excellent. Would recommend this practice without hesitation.

Very friendly clinic, from the moment i walked in for the very first time I felt welcome. The dentist and dental nurses were very understanding and did a great job. All of the staff were so sweet. In the corner of the waiting room was a Bible. What more could one hope for? Thankyou.
