We contacted Anthony at Environmental Planning Approvals when we had a complicated issue to resolve with Hornsby Council involving a section 4.2 for our dream house build (modification to an existing DA approval). With Anthony's practical help and excellent knowledge of the most suitable format and process to approach Council with our response we were able to achieve a positive outcome in a very short time frame. All of this at a very reasonable price considering the time and thought and many phone discussions involved. In addition to producing the response documentation Anthony also assisted by directly communicating with Council prior to and after submission. This professional approach on our behalf assisted greatly as council were able to provide direct feedback on a peer to peer basis that is often difficult for a layperson to obtain. Anthony and I teamed up several years ago to complete rural subdivisions for clients in The Hills District.

These rural subdivisions require a team of experts comprising of
ecologists, bush fire consultants, effluent management consultants, arborists, civil & drainage engineers and waste and contamination consultants and Anthony is the Project Manager/Town Planner.

Anthony does the Town Planning for the project and compiles and lodges the development application as well liaising with the Council throughout the approval phase.

We have a great working relationship and a good track record. One recent project - Cluster Subdivision DA in Lower Portland took only 4 months to lodge and will be approved in just under 6 months. This timing is a very rare and probably a record as it can take much longer.

I can thoroughly recommend Anthony for his overall knowledge about developments, town planning matters, DA applications and his ability to negotiate with Councils when issues arise.
