Disclaimer, I’m not sure how this works, but our real estate agent was very dodgy with the whole sale process. Lorraine had advised us that for the future, they are more than happy to go through the contract for us before signing as we were informed we were cut short on quite a few days of the settlement process. We were not aware of this support but will definitely remember it for the future. We were also advised on what to look out for at the final inspection which were very helpful advice.
