When we walked into the store the young girl at the counter said something about her finishing soon which is maybe the reason why she rushed us.
As soon as my Fiancé and I walked into the store we felt as though the young girl at the counter was rushing us, she just kept staring at us as we were looking around.
My Fiancé bought a pen then the girl asked “Is that it?” Whilst my Fiancé was still looking at stuff. Then my Fiancé said she wants to look at the lottery.
She just kept asking “Is that it?” And staring at us.

My Fiancé paid for the ticket then we left the store. My Fiancé felt really dissatisfied and wish she never bought the ticket because she felt rushed and pressured into buying it as she wanted something different.
The man that was working ran out to our car and told us that the transaction didn’t actually go through although the young girl that served us didn’t tell us that the transaction didn’t go through.

I understand that mistakes happen but I just wanted to share our experience so that Girl can improve her customer service skills.
