ET Conveyancing are a great company to work with, Ellen the director and primary point of contact is exceptional to deal with. However in Ellen's absence I experienced confusion dealing with two different individuals whilst simultaneously dealing with a sale and a purchase concurrently. Its is not ideal when contacted by two separate individuals utilizing a single shared email for two entirely different portfolios. There were cases of having to unnecessarily double handle information. Good service nonetheless, however there is room for business practice improvement.
