Extremely rude new owner. If I could give 0 rating I would. I will never use this business again. Sign on door says open at 8am. Manager was still setting up newspapers at 8.05, she could see us waiting but completely ignored us. Tapped on door to let her know we were there, to be greeted with a scream through the the door that they were closed. When I pointed out it was after 8 she continued to ignore me and other customer. Tapped again, she then went behind the counter, scribbled on a piece of paper that they were closed till 8.30 and stuck it to the door!! Extremely aggressive, no apology for inconvenience. Never again will I support this local business nor step foot in her shop.

I went to pick up a parcel and even though I was second in line I was asked to stand to the side and wait for other people to be served (lottery tickets). It was 25 minutes before I was served. There then appeared to be a problem with something written on the delivery slip and I was asked to stand aside again while other people were served. 20 minutes later (45minutes after arriving) I walked out with no package, even though it was there and the package details matched my ID name and address. I went the next day and was served by a different lady. In 2 minutes I had my package.

Easy to get to from my location. You no longer need to spend $10 to use your card but you will incur a surcharge. Inside has changed. They have given the place a major make over.

Recently renovated, and lots of new products. Not a postal agency, but has post boxes for rent, which is very handy.
