The new pharmacist - Mathew is a one man disaster for this much loved pharmacy. He was extremely rude obnoxious and unprofessional. Must mention though that other staff did step in to handle the situation professionally and promptly. I am definitely moving to another pharmacy after this interaction. Pawan we miss you.

Extremely disappointed by the service of Mathew. He was unnecessarily rude and wasn't helpful in the least. We've been coming to this pharmacy for years and have appreciated the support of the staff till now and it's unfortunate to have had this experience. The other staff is helpful though so I would suggest dealing with them instead

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always willing to discuss and explain the medications given. Will arrange to get in items that they don't stock. Definitely my favourite pharmacy in Canberra.

Was charged wrong price for medication. I called Medicare to check and they agreed it was wrong. When I went back the pharmacist disagreed and refused to check with Medicare on the basis that he was "not going to check with Medicare for something [he] know[s] is wrong". They get an extra star for refunding me so I could go to a different pharmacy who charged me the correct price.

I’ve experienced blatant rudeness from Pawan on multiple occasions including today. He is patronising and misogynistic and I strongly suggest avoiding this establishment unless you enjoy being demeaned. The staff at Florey are lovely and the prices there are far more reasonable.

Good customer service, they do quick and easy vaccinations and they were happy to order in one-off cross the counter items. They contacted me straight away when it arrived. They are now my "go-to" chemist.
