Linda in reception was fantastic and went above and beyond sourcing my results from an ultrasound that weren't sent in the appropriate time frame. Being 8 months pregnant she really saved me a lot of stress by chasing all this paper work up and ensuring i got the best possible care from my doctor. Highly recommend this practice

If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. I wasn’t going to post a review of my experience, but after reading through some of the others and seeing that MULTIPLE women have been made to feel uncomfortable by Dr Erfanul I feel obliged. The way I was spoken to by this doctor was HORRENDOUSLY inappropriate, calling me (a 25 year old woman) a “good little girl” REPEATEDLY in a highly sexual manner, he then proceeded to ask “do you need me to perform any other check overs for you little girl?” And when I said no, “oh good girl, you’re a happy healthy good little girl”. If you have teenage daughters, PLEASE never leave them alone in this surgery, after seeing reviews of other women feeling the same way, it’s clear that this isn’t an isolated incident. I’ve never felt more disgusted leaving a doctors appointment. He wouldn’t have spoken to a male my age in such a manner, so why is it appropriate for him to speak to a female in that way?

Absolutely awful experience from the first phone call confirming my appointment. The receptionist completely ignored me on two occasions to speak to someone in the clinic. As much as I understand that I would appreciate a little bit of common courtesy and politeness to explain that she needs to speak to someone in the clinic. Once arrived for my appointment the doctor did not see me until 30 min past my scheduled appointment time. This again has not been communicated to me until I got up to the receptionist desk to ask when will I get seen. The doctor that I got to see was Dr Haque who has given me a full diagnosis before even sitting down and fully listening to me or getting any of the observations done. After the short appointment where I struggle to describe my problem as I got constantly interrupted and asked to only answer his questions I received a referral to a specialised clinic that does not operate anymore. This obviously has not been communicated to me. I tried to call the clinic, looked up the clinic name on Google, tried to email them and when I tried to search for the address I came across a real estate site saying that the building is up for sale. What a shambles! When returning to the Everton Hills Practise to see Dr Haque, he decided to provide me with another referral. This time to a hospital. I had more hopes as this looked definitely much more promising. Probably around 2 weeks later I have received a letter from that hospital saying that they are unable to accept my referral due to not enough information being provided by Dr Haque and the Everton Hills Practise. As you can imagine when I got back to the practise for the third time with my problem still not being resolved I was quite unhappy and I had to really confront the doctor who just has no interest in listening to you. In the end he provided me with a referral to a clinic of my choice.

I have only chosen this practise as it is Bulk Billed but this will change from November 2023. Please, please, please avoid this place as you will waste your money, time and will to live dealing with them.

Very unprofessional doctors here , only exceptional one is the receptionist lady (forgot her name) was seen by Dr Haque (Hawk)* just to be seen to the door not even 5 minutes in and being brushed off with a " take antibiotics until you feel better " of nearly waiting patiently for 40 minutes just to be seen for 2 minutes is totally unacceptable... I want this place shut down , they don't care bout the health of their clients which should be first priority in thus line of work !

Cannot fault the reception staff, they are fantastic. The doctor on the other hand is terrible. Borderline creepy. Showed more interest in my martial status than the important reason I was there. I ended up going somewhere else. The next time I had to go for another reason I took my husband along to avoid being made to feel uncomfortable again. During this visit I was given misinformation which was contradictory to what was published on QLD Health’s website. I won’t be going back, despite the bulk billing.

The receptionist Mary was so helpful, compassionate and pragmatic. Long story short, she was able to assist my son on a Sunday morning, so that he could get the antibiotics he desperately needed for acute tonsillitis. Mary was open to listening and creating a super-safe environment for patients (including us) to get the medicine needed that the hospital didn’t send my son home with. We are deeply appreciative of the professionalism and care. Highly recommend.

This surgery is great and I would recommend it to others. Linda is the fantastic with her work in admin. Dr Alam has been very considerate and respectful for over 7 years now. My case is rather difficult and it has been managed well by the staff.

Dr Mohammed Alam was extremely unprofessional and embarrassingly arrogant. Dr Mohammed Alam tried multiple times to talk me out of having a test done and when he called me for the results he said “the test wasn’t needed but the patient insisted” before even reading the results. Upon reading the results and discovering I had an infection that will need to be treated with antibiotics and the test was in fact needed he became very vague on the details and rushed to end the call. I am extremely disappointed in his lack of compassion and bedside manner to say the least. I will not be returning to this doctor
