My experience was nothing short of a nightmare and I don't even know where to begin with this fraud of an agent. Incompetence at its finest, mishandling of documents, failure to provide updates, and ZERO communication amongst others. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere; unless you want to be left frustrated and anxious about the fate of your visa application.

Worst service. Don’t waste your money and time please. Harry the agent never gave proper updates. He Kept asking for same documents and still submitted wrong documents because of his negligence my niece did not get her visa. Whenever I or my husband called him, he never want to answer nor call back. Very irresponsible and rude. At the end school administrators told us that he submitted wrong documents. Please don’t trust this agent/ agency.

I just would like to say how grateful we are for choosing EMS to help us with our visa. At first we had doubts because there are lots of scammers out there. It is very hard to find such ethical and knowledgeable person in today’s immigration industry . Even though immigration looks easy it is a very serious process small mistakes can cost heaps, Mr. Harry will guide you very well.

The initial phone call did go off on the wrong foot, but they did call me back explaining their situation, which was that they were quite busy. The call back was appreciated as it was a bit unexpected considering what had happened prior.
