Recently I had need to file a ladybird deed. I was informed by Christina the owner of the"Express non-lawyer business" located in Melbourne just off Hibiscus On Elisabeth street about pitfalls that may prevent the lady bird deed from avoiding problems in Florida, since I was using it to transfer ownership, at my passing, to a person that was not in my immediately family.

She had handouts that were written by a lawyer to back up her concerns about possible problems the recipient would face with home insurance and possible other problems. I was so thankful she was willing to suggest ways to combat the problems and willing to take the time beyond the norm to educate me of things that can occur and suggested other alternatives to both guarantee the best results such as trusts or those ways to not guarantee but minimize problems by using a Will.

Thia is the place I have been going to for years because you can rest assured you are going to be informed of the best approach to your legal problem and nothing sugarcoated, but the unadulterated truth. She is professional, knowledgeable, tells it like it is while engineering the problem you face. You will not find a better business to help you with your legal issues at a reasonable price. Why go to an expensive lawyer when most issues can be handled at the "Express non-lawyer facility?

Owner is rude rude rude. Doesn’t listen, answers without listening to the whole question. I went with questions willing to pay money for her time. What did I get in return a bunch of bad attitude. When asked a question her reply was “isn’t it there in the instructions”? Aren’t I paying you to answer questions regardless of the instructions? Maybe I need to be sure or clarification on the matter. If everyone understood the court instructions, they wouldn’t need to hire you now would they? Sorry I put you out but I thought you were providing a service. If you don’t want to help then stop telling people you charge $40 to look at documents and answer questions. You were in such a hurry to get rid of me but then had the nerve to tell me when I’m leaving to come back when I have more time. Um what? That’s what I came for with cash in my hand. Actually I didn’t have the cash but left and came right back no problem. I got the cash to spend time with you to get some questions answered. The whole time I was there you were annoyed that I was there and annoyed by my questions then charged me $20 just to tell me to read the instructions I was given. You are a nasty person with a terrible disposition and shouldn’t be at the counter helping people. You can reply with your lies all you want but you and I both know what happened. I wouldn’t even bother writing a review if I thought I was in the wrong. I don’t operate like that. It takes a lot for me to leave a review good or bad.
