Jacob's details were referred to me and having spoken to a couple of independent inspectors and reading Jacob's amazing reviews I felt very secure having him carry out the inspections.

Being a 1st time buyer, Jacob reassured me and talked me through the whole process. He really listened to concerns I had and assured me with his findings.

Prior to receiving his full report, he called me to talk through his findings and discuss the concern areas, assuring me there was nothing to worry about.
