Dr Serafim’s care level is next level and he is so thorough, i now won’t see any other doctor. You don’t feel rushed while in your appointment and because of his care and how thorough he is the wait time is beyond worth it.
The reception/admin staff are always polite, helpful and caring.

Dr Wei is a very kind, knowledgeable, and diligent GP. I have seen her for many years and would not hesitate to recommend her.

She is usually running on or close to time. I have occasionally waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time but never longer than this. In my experience a bit of a delay is like this is fairly typical with a busy doctor. I've never experienced anything like the wait times that have been mentioned here.

Giving then one star is being incredibly generous. There are no points making a booking here and thinking you will get in on time. On multiple occasions even when I arrived on time I had to wait well over an hour and a half.

One of the most disorganized medical centre I have come across. Had a 10.45 am appointment for a Covid booster and waited more than 2 hours. Should have the decency to advise patients that the centre is always overbooked and typical waiting time of more than 2 hours. Why take appointment when they cannot see patients within 30 of appointment time.

1 star for plenty of appointment options at 10 min intervals. After waiting 1 hour 20min I advised I was leaving. I arrived on time for my appt with Dr Serafim and I was told there were 3 people ahead of me, come back in 45 min. When I returned, I was told still one person ahead of me. After another 40 min of waiting I decided to book at another practice.

A most caring and competent practitioner. His skilful diagnoses and immediate attention to emergencies benefits all. His thoroughness is telling and unhurried. Accordingly, appointments may not be on time. Just take a book and relax.

Booked in for an appointment at 10:45am. After an hour of waiting I asked the receptionist how much longer? It was going to be another hour and a half!!!
If you overbooked the 1 doctor, or the other doctor/nurse didn't turn up, fine!.. you could let people know when they arrive to expect a delay. I could of left and come back. Never again!!
